Major Raw Star Scheduled For WWE NXT 2.0
Someone big is about to appear on WWE's NXT 2.0 for the very first time.
The Miz has been announced for Tuesday's episode of NXT 2.0.
New NXT Champion Dolph Ziggler will take the floor on the Raw star's well-worn 'Miz TV' segment and discuss his newfound solo success on the third brand. This, for the record, is the first time that 'Miz TV' has aired on NXT; it's more of a Raw staple than anything else, so it's interesting that WWE chiefs decided to plonk it on Tuesdays.
The skit is surely a one off experiment.
Ziggler and Dirty Dawgs partner Robert Roode will appear to talk about the former's win over Bron Breakker at NXT: Vengeance Day. It wouldn't be a shocker if the fallen champ showed up too, or if Tommaso Ciampa showed face.
Is this all leading to a tag-team match at some point? Probably/definitely. It's likely that Breakker will also get a rematch for the belt against Ziggler down the road. Who knows where Miz fits into all of this - WWE could've had Dolph cut a celebratory promo without his old SmackDown nemesis.
Perhaps Miz is pencilled in to wrestle on NXT 2.0 himself soon.
