John Cena remains hopeful that'll be able to do something with WWE over WrestleMania 40 weekend in Philadelphia next month.

The wrestler-turned-actor teased fans during an appearance on ESPN's First Take. There, he replied to a simple "three-piece [suit] or jorts?" question by bringing up 'Mania and saying it'd definitely be the latter if he was in Philly for a match or something else.

Naturally, that got people talking on social media about exactly what JC will be doing on WWE's show. Some decided to run with his comments and declare that John will 100% be on hand for Triple H's creative team come the big weekender.

It's important to say that nothing is set in stone quite yet; Cena obviously knew what he was doing by namedropping 'Mania. However, there has been some talk for a while about whether or not John was actually done with WWE following his most recent run.

There's a fair chance he'll return for an appearance here or there when his Hollywood schedule allows for it. Cena wouldn't even have to wrestle a full match to add value to WrestleMania. A simple Attitude Adjustment would pop the live crowd!
