Bianca Belair is your new Raw Women's Champion.

In a rivalry that dates back to last year's SummerSlam, Belair was finally able to overcome Becky Lynch at Night 1 of WrestleMania 38, taking the Raw Women's Title from Big Time Becks in a fantastic 20 minute bout. The EST of WWE picked up the W after flipping out of a Manhandle Slam attempt, then nailing Lynch with the KOD to get the 1-2-3.

As alluded to, the issues between these two started back at SummerSlam 2021. There, with Sasha Banks unable to compete in her advertised match against then-SmackDown Women's Champion Belair, it was a returning Becky who shocked the wrestling world. While the Man's return in itself was a major surprise, even more surprising was how she put down Bianca in just 26 seconds to pick up the win and take her prize.

Since then, Lynch did a switcheroo with Charlotte Flair as part of October's WWE Draft, with the one-time Irish Lass Kicker exchanging her SmackDown Women's Title for Flair's Raw equivalent. Despite Becky engaging in rivalries with the likes of Liv Morgan and Doudrop since then, the issues with Bianca Belair still lingered on in the background until fully coming to the fore once Belair won this year's women's Royal Rumble match and set her sights on facing Lynch at the Showcase of the Immortals.

For Bianca, this marks a second excellent WrestleMania match in a row for her, with this victory coming a year after she put on a brilliant, star making performance against Sasha Banks in the main event of Night 1 of 'Mania 37.
