Major Turn On WWE Raw! The Judgment Day Transforms

Dark group changes horses after just a couple of months, but this could be for the better.

The Judgment Day welcomed a new member to the fold on Raw Monday night, but they also cast one out.

Edge introduced Finn Balor, the man who he pinned at Hell in a Cell in their six-person mixed tag match, as the newest member of Judgment Day. Finn talked about seeing clearly how Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest have elevated their game since joining the group, which made it an easy decision to get on board.

But then Priest talked about getting rid of their limitations, and the last one remaining... was Edge himself.

Cut a massive beatdown that saw Edge eat a Razor's Edge through the announce desk, a Coup de Grace, and a con-chair-to to put the Rated-R Superstar down. The new trio stood tall afterward, having drummed the Hall-of-Famer out of the group he started.

While Edge as the leader of a cult wasn't really working, the trio did benefit from his star power. It's a little odd to have Finn lead a coup just seconds after joining the group, but WWE clearly has decided to pull the trigger on a big change here, so we'll have to see if this is an improvement or just shuffling the deck chairs on the Titanic.
