WWE's next premium live event, Elimination Chamber 2023, takes place in Montreal, Quebec, Canada on Saturday 18 February - and the promotion's plans are starting to come together.

Last night's Raw brought the announcement of two Chamber matches. The first will be for Austin Theory's United States Championship, with Seth Rollins, Johnny Gargano and Bronson Reed already qualified, and two more set to join them. Elsewhere, Bianca Belair's Raw Women's Title opponent for WrestleMania 39 will be determined when Asuka, Liv Morgan, Nikki Cross, Raquel Rodriguez, and two others TBC.

Dave Meltzer reiterates in the Wrestling Observer/Figure Four Online Daily Update that Roman Reigns vs. Sami Zayn is the planned 18 February headliner. This has been the case since October or November - and that the Bloodline storyline has become so hot didn't change things.

Meltzer states that although Brock Lesnar isn't scheduled for the men's Chamber match, he is due to be on the show.

Additionally, WWE is of the view that because Reigns vs. Zayn is so over at the moment, they feel that it doesn't matter what else is on Elimination Chamber 2023. This may explain why the men's Chamber is for the US Title, not something bigger.
