Former best friends Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville will finally go one-on-one on this week's episode of WWE SmackDown, the promotion has announced.

WWE confirmed the booking during last night's episode of Raw. It'll be the first time the duo has ever worked a singles match outside the NXT house show loop, and should be a big continuation of a storyline that has been on of SD's most compelling since its innocent beginnings as a Mandy/Otis love story.

Deville has been particularly impressive with her heel work since turning on Rose and continued her streak by beating Mandy down last week, having cost her a spot in the women's Money in the Bank ladder match. Both look prime candidates for significant elevation as 2020 progresses - though each has made a significant leap up the card already.
