Mick Foley Reveals His Favourite Gimmick In WWE

The answer may just surprise you...

Mick Foley Dude Love Vince McMahon

Mick Foley played Mankind, Dude Love, Cactus Jack and himself during a memorable (and lovable) career in WWE. Countless interviewers have posed questions towards Mick about exactly which of the 'Three Faces Of Foley' was his favourite.

TMZ got the scoop, and it might not be the answer you're expecting.

Foley said Dude was his fave, but a very specific version of the tie-dye-wearing lover. In 1998, he 'went corporate' by ditching the colourful garb in favour of a smart-looking suit, some reading glasses and a well-groomed beard. That, according to Mick, was unbelievably fun.

He loved being able to dance around with Vince McMahon live on Raw and make a total fool of himself. Foley also told TMZ that he's never answered with "Corporate Dude Love" before.

Dude had an underrated feud with Steve Austin at Unforgiven and Over The Edge, and it was one that helped establish Austin as the new WWF Champion. After beating Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania XIV, Austin needed a strong heel to work with.

He got one in the form of McMahon lackey Dude Love, albeit with that unexpected corporate twist.
