The special Sunday Night's Main Event on September 6th will be co-headlined by one of WWE's biggest new matches.

WWE confirmed that Oba Femi will take on Bron Breakker in a first-time clash, following a segment on the August 17th edition of Monday Night Raw that had both ready to go to war there and then until Paul Heyman pitched saving it for this bigger stage.

The former 'Wiseman' and 'Advocate' found himself in the middle of the monsters thanks to his longstanding Vision alliance with Breakker and new respect for Femi following his conclusive victory over Brock Lesnar in the main event of SummerSlam Night One.

He appeared to bin off the group entirely following Breakker's loss to Seth Rollins at Night Of Champions in June, having little patience for the antics of Austin Theory and Logan Paul, though did extend a nod of respect to Maxxine Dupri when she cost The Street Profits the Tag Team Titles in a match against Theory and Paul in July. All of this eventually resulted in Breakker appearing to mentally disassociate himself from the group until he crossed paths with Femi and realised what had been gnawing at him - 'The Ruler' had replaced him as WWE's next major breakout star.

After having a temporary crisis of confidence in the week that followed, Breakker and Femi were about to come to blows before discretion (and, per Heyman, TKO stockholder interest) was the better part of valour. The stakes are high - victory for either man should confirm much about what they can expect to achieve in the months ahead. Defeat, conversely, could condemn to the loser to unexpected purgatory.

The pair have shared the ring for house show tag matches against one another in 2026, and even teamed up on an NXT Largo loop event in 2023, but this will be their first ever one-on-one match.
