MSK's ongoing shaman storyline will come to a conclusion on this week's episode of NXT 2.0.

This comes following a video that aired during last night's WarGames show, in which Nash Carter and Wes Lee finally tracked their sensei down, pulling open a door as it came to a close. "MSK meet 'The Shaman'" appeared onscreen at the end of the video, confirming the angle for Tuesday.

MSK have been attempting to hunt this individual down for several weeks now, having commenced their quest shortly after losing the NXT Tag Team Championships to Imperium on 26 October. Carter and Lee have featured in a number of off-site videos looking for the shaman, whom they hope will be able to teach them more about tag team wrestling. Now, they are on the verge of doing so.

While no formal reports on the shaman's identity have emerged, Rob Van Dam has been speculated. The ECW icon has been a free agent since leaving IMPACT Wrestling in September 2020 and returned to the WWE fold for a Hall of Fame induction earlier this year.

MSK's last televised match was their loss to Imperium at Hallowee Havoc 2021.
