Naomi & Lana Beat Asuka & Charlotte Flair On WWE Raw, Earn Title Shot
Ric Flair & Lacey Evans made their presence felt in Raw's Women's Tag Title contendership match...
Naomi and Lana punched their ticket for a future shot at the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships after Naomi pinned Asuka on last night's episode of Raw.
The new tandem were up against Raw Women's Champion and Charlotte Flair as well as Dana Brooke and Mandy Rose for a shot at the gold, with Naomi scoring the pin on Asuka following the Rear View. This came after Lacey Evans and Ric Flair had once again stuck their noses in Charlotte's business, hitting the ramp to prompt 'The Queen' walking out, leaving Asuka to her fate.
This comes following Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler defeat of Charlotte and Asuka on the Royal Rumble 2021 Kickoff Show, scoring their second reign as Women's Tag Team Champions. Again, this was down to Evans and Flair Sr.'s interference.

There's currently no word on when Naomi and Lana will mount their challenge. WWE's next pay-per-view, Elimination Chamber 2021, goes down on 21 February, though the promotion may opt to stick it on Raw instead. Nonetheless, expect Lana's long-running feud with announce table fetishist Jax to come to a head.
