New Raw Tag Team Champions At WWE TLC 2020

It was all business from Benjamin and Alexander last night.

In one of two title changes at last night's WWE TLC PPV, the Hurt Business tandem of Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander defeated the New Day to become the new Rag Tag Team Champions.

Having tried and failed on several occasions to claim the Raw Tag Team Titles since forming earlier this year, finally the Hurt Business can lay claim to having picked up the red brand's tag straps - Cedric getting the win after hitting his patented LumBar Check on Kofi Kingston.

With Bobby Lashley currently holding the United States Championship, that means that the only men's Raw gold - barring the awful 24/7 Title - presently not in possession of the Hurt Business is the WWE Championship held by Drew McIntyre.

Given how MVP is still utilised as an occasional in-ring talent, it remains to be seen whether the Hurt Business will defend the group's latest prize in Freebird fashion. Much like the New Day has done in recent years, that would mean that any member of the faction could be called upon to defend the Raw Tag Team Championships on any given nights.

Here's hoping for a long and steady run with the Tag Team Titles for the Hurt Business, although it would be a classic WWE move to simply have New Day reclaim the belts on tonight's Raw...
