With NWA 74 Night 2 now in the record books, it was Jay Bradley and Wrecking Ball Legursky who emerged victorious in a tag team battle royal to crown the new US Tag Team Champions. The tandem last eliminated Team Ambition to take home the gold in a bout that also featured Gold Rushhh, the Miserably Faithful, the NOW, the Ill Begotten, Ruff 'n' Ready, Hawx Aerie, the Country Gentlemen, and the Spectaculars.

Elsewhere on the card, every other featured title was successfully defended by its respective champion.
