When can fans expect to see the Archer of Infamy back on WWE programming?

While earlier reports from Wrestling Observer Radio claimed how WWE’s Damian Priest is currently out of action with a back injury, there’s now a further update on the Archer of Infamy’s status.

As per Fightful Select, those stories of a back injury keeping Priest on the shelf have been denied. Instead, the former NXT North American Champion could be back on WWE television as soon as next week’s Raw.

This Fightful report says that while Priest has been healing up over these past few weeks, he has been unavailable due to other undisclosed reasons.

Damian Priest has not competed since the 17 May episode of Raw, where he defeated John Morrison in a Lumberjack Match just a night removed from that clusterf**k Zombie Lumberjack offering at WrestleMania Backlash.

WWE officials were hoping to have Priest partake in the qualifying matches for this year’s men’s Money in the Bank contest, although last night’s Raw saw Ricochet, Riddle and John Morrison secure themselves spots in that match.

That said, next week’s Raw will feature a second chance to qualify for MITB, as WWE has already announced AJ Styles vs. Randy Orton vs. Drew McIntyre. Could Priest be added to this contest? If he's available, it’s certainly possible.
