New WWE Faction Gets Group Name At Clash At The Castle
Bayley's contingent finally officially named and gets new entrance music.
Five weeks after debuting as a unit, Bayley, Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky officially have a name for their group: Damage Control.
Since appearing at SummerSlam, the group has used the word "control" in several of their promos, and even the phrase "damage control" on social media posts. But nothing had been officially conveyed on WWE programming, even during Kai & Sky's match Monday for the vacant WWE Women's Tag Team Championship.
Opening Clash at the Castle, the trio came out with an LED display proclaiming their name and new entrance music, rather than just coming out to Bayley's old theme.
Damage Control bested the threesome of Bianca Belair, Alexa Bliss and Asuka, with the villains triple-teaming the Raw Women's Champion and pinning her for the victory.

The trio getting an identity as a unit would indicate that WWE intends for them to be around for the long haul as a force in the company, especially after beating the current and two former women's champions. It's safe to assume that Bayley will set her sights on Bianca, while Kai & Sky could easily be eyeing a rematch for the tag titles.
