Nia Jax Allays WWE Fan Fears After Cryptic Instagram Post
Raw's Nia Jax responded to questions about her WWE future amidst social media speculation.
Nia Jax has allayed fan fears following a series of rather cryptic social media posts.
The WWE star had posted a quote on her Instagram story that got people talking. It said, "Growth is painful. Change is painful. But nothing is as painful as staying stuck somewhere you don’t belong". That, to some, hinted that Jax had been released from her contract.
That wasn't the case.
In fact, Nia thanked fans for their concerns on Twitter and said she was actually expressing "gratitude" for her position in life and role in WWE. One fan tweeted Jax and said, "You can't post cryptic tweets like that and leave - she got me stressed out" after the wrestler had earlier posted, "Thank you all".
That tweet, combined with the aforementioned Instagram post, left the wrestling community bracing themselves for an announcement that Nia was the latest to depart WWE. Jax said she just never wants to be seen "taking anything for granted in life".
Nia is still teaming with Shayna Baszler on TV, but the tag-team has been moved out of the Women's Tag-Team Title hunt for now. Jax' sort of/kind of romance with Reginald is also ongoing.
