Nia Jax Posts HUGE WWE Injury Update

The Irresistible Force is on her way back from double knee surgery.

Last month saw WWE Raw star Nia Jax announce that she'd be undergoing ACL surgery on both of her knees, having worked through the pain for the best part of a year. She didn't disclose a specific recovery time, noting only that she'd be "out of action for a little while," though several media sources suggested she could miss 9-12 months.

That prognosis hasn't changed, but 'The Irresistible Force' has posted a big update on her injury status to Instagram:-

Though short, the clip shows Jax indulging in light cardio and weight training with both knees heavily strapped up. Two weeks removed from surgery, it looks like she's already on the mend.

Nia's first post-surgery came on 25 April:-

A featured performer throughout her three-year main roster career, Jax is one of WWE's most divisive performers. She was Raw Women's Champion in 2018 but recent months had seen her teaming with Tamina in the new women's tag division. The powerful duo failed to capture those straps at WrestleMania 35, though, and 'The Irresistible Force' hasn't been seen since.

Fingers crossed that the 34-year-old is able to mount a swifter recovery than was originally predicted.
