Who better to lead a faction than the Rainmaker?

Brought into New Japan after a TNA excursion in 2012, Kazuchika Okada was immediately groomed to take over the promotion, winning the IWGP Heavyweight Championship from Hiroshi Tanahashi on his first try. Since then, Okada has been champion four times, the most recent reign lasting 720 days. He has had 10 matches rated 5 stars or higher by Dave Meltzer, half of which are rated at least 5.5, including his 6-7 star epic series with current champion Kenny Omega. He's won Match of the Year and Feud of the Year three times each, Most Outstanding Wrestler in 2017, and was able to turn a short-arm clothesline into Best Wrestling Maneuver in 2012 and 2013.

But more than his individual accomplishments, Okada steered the ship as CHAOS made their transition from heel to face. As Okada grew and matured, the group lost its evil ways and became the all-star super team it is now. Recruiting wrestlers such as Will Ospreay, Jay White, and Hirooki Goto into the group, Okada has made CHAOS a completely different group from the one that formed in 2009.

He's made CHAOS in his own image, and like him, the group is incredible.
