Omos has described AJ Styles as his very own pro wrestling "big brother".

The towering WWE Raw monster told Ryan Satin's 'Out Of Character' show that AJ had always been "amazing and wonderful" to him behind the scenes. Then, Omos went on to call Styles "a blessing" who had been "a great teacher" during their time together on-screen.

Omos debuted as AJ's "own personal colossus" on the 19 October 2020 edition of Raw. The pair would go on to win the Raw Tag-Team Titles from New Day at WrestleMania 37 before dropping the belts to RK-Bro at SummerSlam 2021 - in total, their reign lasted for 133 days.

The giant clearly learned a lot from Styles. He told Satin that AJ "knew when to be stern and when to be empathetic" backstage. That's why Omos was so disappointed when WWE officials told him that they'd be splitting the pair on the 20 December 2021 flagship.

Omos admitted that he "personally thought there was a lot more [they] could’ve done" as a tag-team. He's carving his own path on Raw now, but still looks back on the AJ pairing fondly.
