Possible Spoilers On Wrestling Couple Re-Debuting At WWE's Royal Rumble

PWInsider is reporting that last weekend's set of tapings will be Matt Cardona's last on the IMPACT wrestling roster.

According to the report, Cardona is also likely to pop up in Saturday's WWE Royal Rumble under his old ring name Zack Ryder. Similarly, the belief is that Chelsea Green will also re-debut for the company in the women's Rumble too.

Both are expected to exclusively feature on WWE's main roster, although there's no word quite yet whether they're Raw or SmackDown bound; that might not actually matter much if the promotion continues blurring lines between both brands during WrestleMania season.

It's worth noting that Cardona filed to trademark both "Zack Ryder" and his old, "Woo Woo Woo! You Know It!" catchphrase just last month. Wrestling fans raised an eyebrow at that, especially because the Ryder ring name was WWE-created.

Cardona's final IMPACT match is a bout vs. Joe Hendry that was taped over the weekend. That should air on either the 2 or 9 February episodes of IMPACT.

This writer is just spitballing here, but the likelihood is that Cardona and Green will end up on the same brand full time.
