Potential Spoilers On WWE's Plans For Keith Lee On RAW
The former NXT Champion debuts for the red brand tonight. Here's what WWE may have planned.
Keith Lee is heading to WWE RAW.
This was confirmed during last night's SummerSlam 2020 pay-per-view, with the promotion airing a vignette hyping the former NXT Champion's big roster switch - and it goes down tonight. This comes on the back of TakeOver XXX, where Lee fell to rising monster Karrion Kross in the night's main event, dropping his NXT title after 52 days.
A source present at last night's show has informed WhatCulture that Lee was rehearsing with Apollo Crews and MVP prior to the pay-per-view going live. The trio were seen running spots together, leading to the assumption that 'The Limitless One' could enter the United States Championship picture upon arriving on RAW tonight.
Crews and MVP have been feuding over RAW's secondary strap for months now, with Apollo defeating The Hurt Business' leading man cleanly on the SummerSlam Kickoff Show. The nature of that defeat may suggest the feud is over under normal circumstances, though WWE's next pay-per-view, Payback, goes down this Sunday, and a rematch-heavy card has been rumoured.
It's possible that Lee could be thrown into this match as a third participant, join The Hurt Business, or side with Crews against MVP and co. We'll find out more on RAW tonight.
