17. No Way Out (2002)

After the failure of the WCW/ECW Alliance, McMahon resorted to bringing in the original trio of the New World Order. Their debut was pretty uninspired, cutting a transparent promo before being verbally humbled by The Rock in an admittedly funny segment. The rest of the card was mostly thrown together, as the show was sold entirely on the lure of the nWo debut. RECOMMENDED MATCH: Triple H vs. Kurt Angle, with Stephanie McMahon as referee. Helmsley's WWF title match for WrestleMania was at stake, and while the match isn't great, Stephanie was game to get physically involved in some pretty entertaining spots that at least livened up a dull show. Not Helmsley or Angle's finest hour, but take what you can get.
