Ranking All 20 WWE September PPVs – From Worst To Best

1. Unforgiven 2006

Was there any other choice for best September Pay Per View? This show had it all. It is the only Pay Per View to have a Hell in the Cell match and a TLC match on the same card. It took place in Toronto, so the crowd was hot the entire night. In addition, it featured the retirement match of one of the greatest women's wrestlers of all time. The main event featured John Cena vs. Edge in a TLC match for Edge's WWE Title. Edge was the overwhelming favorite in his hometown of Toronto, and Cena once again was in hostile territory. Edge took a hellacious bump from the top of the ladder, and Cena won his third WWE Championship. In addition, DX beat the McMahons and the Big Show in a handicap Hell in a Cell match that was very entertaining. Trish Stratus won the Women's Title in her final match (at the time) in her hometown. But a forgotten gem was Carlito (who recently turned face) against Randy Orton. We are now used to Orton hitting the RKO out of nowhere, but the finish to this match was really the first time that Orton hit his RKO out of nowhere. Thoughts on this list? Tweet me @PocketSeagull.
