Ranking Every 2021 WWE Draft Pick So Far From Worst To Best
All 16 picks from SmackDown's opening WWE Draft night rated from bad to good!
Pretending that every 2021 WWE Draft pick was the most thrilling thing ever must've been a tough gig for Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville on Friday's episode of SmackDown. The authority figure double act did their able to best to act excited and get the live crowd in Baltimore fired up, but they weren't exactly working with stellar material here.
Vince McMahon and Ric Flair going toe-to-toe on picks back in 2002 is a lost art, apparently.
Pearce and Deville weren't quite as intolerable as 2020's Stephanie McMahon-led snorefest, to be fair. WWE did, at least, come up with a few dramatic, crowd-popping moments during the first leg of this year's Draft. All of the earth-shattering switches happened during the first half of a 16-pick deep field though.
In total, 24 wrestlers either found themselves moving brands or staying put - there were a few tag-teams and stables in there too. Who was the most remarkable? That's the question. Also, could WWE have done more to make the Draft seem bigger rather than relying on star power when that's not strictly why fans tune into these things?
Here's every pick from worst to best.
