For the sake of expediency, these two can easily be packaged together.
They're both titles that, at the time of writing, just changed at hands and so the reigns haven't even started. They're also held by two great women who have really come into their own recently. Julia Hart could easily be described as one of AEW's most improved performers in 2023. Toni Storm's "Timeless" gimmick is massively over.
In short, putting the belt on the hottest act is always a good move, and both decisions make absolute sense. Let's just hope there's some longevity to both.
