This match comes in as a dark horse, but it was the second-greatest MITB match according to this list. The theatrics were monumental, thrilling and dramatic. Judging by the wrestlers involved, some may claim this match didn't live up to par with the others. On the contrary, as Ziggler led a team of misfits to the promise land and Money in the Bank history changed that day. Rhodes showed his athleticism and went back-and-forth with Christian a few occasions. Marella added one element that is missing in WWE most days, and that is comedy. Along with a few good spots, he gave the crowd a reason to laugh, and that was another piece to the puzzle. Just like the final match on this list, words cannot describe the exhilarating twists and turns these two contests' provided.
