Former WWE Women's Tag Team Champion Raquel Rodriguez will get a chance to regain the tag titles she was forced to relinquish last week after partner Liv Morgan was injured, and now she has a new teammate to join her quest.

Shotzi came to Rodriguez's aid Monday night on Raw from a 2-on-1 beatdown from Sonya Deville and Chelsea Green after Raquel had defeated Deville. Later on backstage, the two were having a mutual admiration society when Rodriguez told her - and the viewing audience - that she had found her new tag partner for next week.

Rodriguez and Shotzi will compete in a fatal four-way tag match on next week's Raw alongside Deville & Green, Ronda Rousey & Shayna Baszler, and Damage CTRL's Bayley & Iyo Sky.

The women's tag titles were vacated last week after it was determined that Liv Morgan's injury sustained on SmackDown two weeks ago was serious enough to keep her out of action. At least Rodriguez was given a slot in the new tag title match.

The odd-on favorites heading into this match has to be Rousey & Baszler, who have had multiple stop-and-start pushes as a team due to injuries. They've been a pairing a lot longer than everyone else (at least in real life) and could make for interesting champions with their MMA background. Watching them run roughshod over the tag "division" would certainly be different than what we've had in recent years, so why not try it?
