Raw Star Earning Big Backstage Praise From WWE

Zoey Stark is currently enjoying backstage praise for her work on WWE Raw.

Fightful Select reports that since swapping NXT for the main roster, Stark has drawn strong reviews from the talent she has worked with, while also earning praise for how she has handled being called up and dealing with the associated duties.

Stark has also been credited for showing resilience in recovering from a torn MCL suffered in November 2021, when she was still working on NXT. WWE feels the up-and-comer hasn't missed a beat in the ring, despite the potentially disruptive injury, which she returned from the following July.

Fightful notes that WWE has had its eyes on Stark since early in her run, having brought her to Main Event tapings for several looks shortly after her injury recovery. Again, these performances drew good reviews, leading to Zoey appearing in the 2023 Royal Rumble, then eventually being called up to the main roster.

Stark had spent her first few main roster months working with Trish Stratus opposite Becky Lynch. This ended at Payback, when Zoey effectively turned face after Trish berated her following a defeat to Lynch, leading to Stark attacking her now-former mentor.
