Real Reason AJ Styles & Omos Have Been Missing From WWE TV Since WrestleMania 37

Styles and Omos have missed three episodes of WWE Raw in a row. Here's why.

Omos and AJ Styles have been missing from WWE television for the past few weeks as at least one of the Raw Tag Team Champions hadn't been cleared to compete.

This is according to a new report from Fightful Select, who cite this as the reason behind the tandem's recent absence.

Styles and Omos won the Raw belts at WrestleMania 37, where they defeated The New Day following a dominant showing from Omos in particular. The big man no sold Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods' offense, hossed them around the ring, dropped a couple of big bombs, and pinned Kofi, a former WWE Champion, with a boot on his chest.

The new champions have since missed three episodes of Raw in a row.

Yesterday saw Omos and Styles appear on WWE's The Bump, which was the first time they'd been on a WWE show since the Showcase of the Immortals. The duo joked that they'd been "partying in Nigeria" since winning the tag straps.

As announced by AJ and Omos themselves on The Bump, the Raw Tag Team Champions will be back on the scene for next Monday's show.
