Real Reason WWE Didn't Include Bianca Belair On Raw Roster
Why the former SmackDown Women's Champion wasn't featured on WWE Raw's post-Draft roster...
Bianca Belair was a curious omission from a WWE Raw roster rundown on last night's Raw, with the broadcast featuring an overview of the red brand's new talent pool following last week's draft.
That the former SmackDown Women's Champion was missing from the lineup (despite her status in the company) was an eyebrow-raiser - and an apparent error.
Per Fightful Select, Belair's omission was a mistake. Bianca will still be moving to Monday nights when the 2021 draft comes into effect for SmackDown's 22 October episode.
Belair switched brands as the fourth overall pick on the 2021 draft's first night, with Raw selecting her at the end of the first round. Only Universal Champion Roman Reigns, WWE Champion Big E, and Raw Women's Champion Charlotte Flair went before her.
Despite turning red in the roster reshuffle, Bianca has the chance to take blue gold with her when she switches, as she and Sasha Banks challenge Becky Lynch in a SmackDown Women's Title Triple Threat at Crown Jewel 2021 on 21 October.
Bianca partook in one of the year's clumsiest WWE matches on last night's Raw, as she and Banks wrestled Flair and Lynch to a no-contest.
