Reason Behind Maryse's WWE Return Revealed

Former WWEDivas championMaryse made a surprise return onMonday's Raw to help her husband win theWWE Intercontinental title from Zack Ryder.
This was the first time that Maryse hadbeen on WWE television since she was let go by WWE in October 2011.Her return on RAW was followed by an appearance on this week's SmackDown.
The reason for Maryse's return reportedlyrevolves around the E! television reality series Total Divas. Maryse has nowbeen cast as a main character on the next season of the show, a move that is one of several cast changes for the series.
Joining Maryse next seasonas full-time cast members will be Renee Young and Lana. Naomi will also return to the show full-time after being dumped prior to the current season of the show. The changes don't come without some reductions, as Alicia Foxx, Mandy Rose, and Rosa Mendes have all been dropped.
Maryse and Mike Mizanin (The Miz), who began dating during her first run with the company, were married in February 2014. It seems a fair bet that TheMiz, who is a former reality tv star himself, will appear on Total Divasas a semi-recurring character similar to our wrestling husbands Daniel Bryan,JimmyUso andTyson Kidd.
