Could you be watching a WWE feud repeat in AEW very soon? It's possible.

Would you like to see Buddy Murphy lock horns with Malakai Black in AEW?

If so, then you could get your wish someday soon. Murphy recently told fans tuning into Highspots 'Sign-It-Live' sessions on Facebook that he has "unfinished business" with his old WWE peer. In fact, Buddy says, he'd like to go at it with Black again someday.

Black and Murphy were programmed against one another in 2019, and the pair had several matches that stood out amongst everything else WWE was producing; go back, and you'll see that bouts (like the one they had at TLC 2019) were more AEW than you might remember.

Stylistically, at least.

Sadly, the rivalry didn't lead to bigger things for either man. Black, as Malakai, is now in All Elite, and that seems to be one place Murphy is targeting for a run. He didn't outright say that, but the "unfinished business" line about Black suggests that he'd be interested in talking to Tony Khan.

Post-release pics of Buddy show that he's in unreal physical shape. Black is on a tear himself after leaving WWE, so few would be disappointed if they did indeed finish what they started.
