MVP reportedly picked up a knee injury while wrestling on last night's episode of WWE Raw.

The Hurt Business' leader was teaming with stablemates Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin to face Riddle and the Lucha House Party in the opener. The finish saw MVP eat the pin after a knee to the face and Riddle's Floating Bro finisher, with Dave Meltzer reported that the veteran was hurt sometime before that.

Speaking on today's episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, Meltzer said that MVP got back in the ring after taking a bump off the apron and landing on his feet. He was walking across the ring when it looked like his knee suddenly went out, and while there's no way of pinpointing the exact moment of injury, Meltzer said the situation reminded him of Kevin Nash's quad tear.

Meltzer added that MVP was doing his best to "gut it out" and not sell an injury when the cameras were on him afterwards, but had people helping him to the back when they were off.

There's currently no word on the extent of MVP's injury. We'll bring you further updates as they come in.
