Report: Taylor Wilde Finally Set For IMPACT Wrestling Return
IMPACT Wrestling's knockouts division is set for a massive addition in Taylor Wilde.
Taylor Wilde is finally scheduled to return to IMPACT Wrestling, per a new report from Fightful Select.
The former Knockouts Champion was reportedly at the company's latest set of tapings in Nashville, although it's unclear what her specific role on the show was. One would presume she'll be challenging Deonna Purrazzo for the title at the upcoming Rebellion pay-per-view on 25 April.
Wilde was originally scheduled to return to the company last March as part of their Lockdown special event in conjunction with the Canadian-based Border City Wrestling.
Her match for the show hadn't been confirmed nor had her return been formally announced by IMPACT themselves, however, a planned match for the event saw Jordynne Grace's team against Madison Rayne's team in a Lethal Lockdown Match, with only Alisha Edwards named on Jordynne's side. Presumably, Taylor would have slotted in here.
Since that event was canceled, it was then confirmed by PWInsider's Mike Johnson last November that she would be returning to IMPACT, which was backed up by Taylor herself stating she had signed with a major American promotion.
There's currently no word yet on when Taylor's return will air. The promotion are currently gearing up for a mammoth episode on 8 April as they return to Thursday nights, featuring the AXS TV debut of Kenny Omega.
