All Elite Wrestling's Thunder Rosa was legitimately injured on this week's episode of Dynamite, picking up an undisclosed knock ahead of Sunday's Revolution 2022 pay-per-view.

This is according to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. Rosa is still scheduled to wrestler her planned match with long-term rival and AEW Women's World Champion Britt Baker on Sunday, however.

There is currently no word on what kind of injury Rosa suffered on Wednesday, nor of its severity. That she will seemingly be able to compete at Revolution suggests it isn't too bad, though the situation could change between now and then.

Rosa teamed with Mercedes Martinez to face Baker and Jamie Hayter on Dynamite. That match ended with Martinez leaping off the apron to wipe Hayter and Rebel out, meaning Rosa was left to finish Baker off with a Fire Thunder Driver.

The last time Baker and Rosa went one on one came in March 2021, when they met in an acclaimed Unsanctioned Lights Out bout widely considered one of the most impactful AEW scraps of the year. The promotion has not attached a similar stipulation to Revolution.
