Report: Top Free Agent Agrees AEW Deal
AEW just took another big-name free agent off the market...
After a tremendous AEW Dynamite debut, reports have surfaced that Bandido has agreed to a deal with All Elite Wrestling.
The former Ring of Honor World Champion made his AEW bow last week, challenging ROH Champion Chris Jericho for the title. The bout won rave reviews from fans and critics alike, and despite coming up short, Bandido won over many fans who might have seen him wrestle before.
Fightful Select reports that while they haven't heard that Bandido has officially signed with AEW, they confirmed that he was offered a deal last week and people close to the luchador say he's agreed to those terms.

Several days ago, Fightful reported that Bandido had been booked for Dynamite on short notice and struggled to get gear in time for his match with Jericho, leading him to piece together his ring attire. Several backstage praised Bandido's demeanour and attitude during this situation.
AEW wasn't alone in their efforts to land Bandido in the wake of his standout match with Jericho last week. Reports circulated that WWE personnel wanted Bandido's phone number before his Dynamite match was even finished.
