The Wrestling Observer is reporting that bigwigs at USA Network are "thrilled" with the uptick in ratings for WWE's flagship show Raw.

USA had been frustrated by sagging TV scores for years, but a surge in interest since Triple H assumed control of the company has turned things around for the better. Hopes are high that this will continue on into 2023 too.

The Observer also noted that average ratings for all three major WWE shows are heading in the right direction under 'The Game' - Raw has gone from 1.7 million viewers to an average of 1.8 million since July, SmackDown has crept up to the 2.13 million mark, and NXT sits snugly at approx 670,000 viewers (up from the prior 593,000 average).

Things are looking good, it seems.

It's in Triple H's best interests to keep major networks like USA and FOX happy, because they're the ones dishing out lucrative TV deals. Higher ratings puts WWE in a better position to negotiate even bigger contracts when the time comes.

For now though, Trips will just be content that USA Network execs are happy with what they're seeing.
