Rhodes To The Top Renewed For A 2nd Season
Cody and Brandi Rhodes' reality show will return to TNT for a second season.
Rhodes To The Top has been renewed for a second season on TNT.
This is according to The Wrestling Observer/Figure Four Online's Dave Meltzer, who offered no further details beyond the above. When, exactly, the second season will air, and how many episodes it will feature, remain a mystery.
Rhodes To The Top is a reality series based on the lives and careers of AEW power couple Cody and Brandi Rhodes, though it often acts as a crossover platform for the wrestling promotion, hosting the occasional promo or angle. Its original six-episode run was announced back in March, then debuted six months later, wrapping with a final episode focusing on Brandi's proposed pro wrestling return and Cody's feud with Malakai Black on 23 October.
Neither AEW nor TNT has released a statement on Rhodes To The Top's second season yet.
While Brandi's in-ring is yet to come to fruition, Cody is still feuding with Malakai by extension. He faces Black's ally, Andrade El Idolo, in an Atlanta Street Fight on this week's episode of AEW Dynamite, having met on opposite sides of an eight-man tag last week.
