Ric Flair's opponent for what is being billed as his final professional wrestling match is due to be announced tonight.

Confirmation of what is expected to be a tag team bout will take place during the second of his ongoing documentary's three parts, which will air tonight. AEW's FTR, Ricky 'The Dragon' Steamboat, the Rock 'N' Roll Express have all been linked to the clash, though Steamboat has since declined the opportunity and RNR have now been booked elsewhere on the 31 July card.

At least for the next few hours, Ric's opponent is a mystery. Curiously, in a tweet hyping the announcement, Flair has used the #WWERaw hashtag:-

Coupled with the phrase "I'm coming after one of your own", this will lead to speculation of an appearance on tonight's WWE Raw. If it happens, it would come just two weeks after Ric's signature "Wooooo!" was added back to the company's signature opening video.

A host of matches featuring talent from IMPACT Wrestling, NJPW, MLW, and more have already been announced for Jim Crockett Promotions Presents: Ric Flair's Last Match on 31 July. The event takes place at the Nashville Municipal Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee.
