Road Dogg has doubled down on comments he recently made about fellow legend Bret Hart.

The D-Generation X stalwart caused a stir on social media when he claimed he was a "better sports entertainer" than Bret. Roadie also ticked a lot of fans off by suggesting that Hart wasn't even that great a pro wrestler in the first place.

Speaking via his podcast, Road Dogg clarified his words by saying that he's entitled to his opinion whether fans like it or not. The WWE Hall Of Famer and multi-time champion also pointed out that podcasts and social media were made so folks can start debates and give their opinions to the world.

That doesn't mean everybody has to like it though, and he understands that. However, Dogg said his comments came "from an honest place", and he definitely doesn't regret them. Firing back at critics, Roadie also added that he has no time for "clickbait" and is willing to sit down for a healthy "conversation" about his opinions with anyone.

Wouldn't it be interesting if someone could convince Bret himself to have one of those chats?
