Ronda Rousey received a lot of attention for her comments during an interview with Steve-O back in April 2020. There, Rousey blasted WWE loyalists for being "f*cking ungrateful fans that don’t even appreciate me".

Time for round two?

Ronda's recent words during a gaming stream on her official Facebook page weren't quite as fiery, but they were every bit as interesting. The 2022 Royal Rumble winner said it's "hard not to take [criticism] personally from the fans".

Explaining, Rousey went on to say that she plays herself (not a defined WWE-created character) on television. That's why she has a tough time taking negative words personally. Further, Ronda says she doesn't tend to get annoyed when "other wrestlers" say things about her, because that's all part of the show.

It seems that the WWE star is still very much hung up on boos from years ago.

Rousey is set to challenge Charlotte Flair for the SmackDown Women's Title at WrestleMania 38. Most had expected WWE to program her opposite Becky Lynch over on Raw, but it doesn't look like that's going to happen.
