WWE's second pay-per-view of the year, Royal Rumble 2022, takes place in St. Louis, Missouri on Saturday 29 January, and last night's episode of Raw brought several new additions to the lineup.

Perhaps most notable is the WWE Championship match, which will see Bobby Lashley challenge champion Brock Lesnar. This follows Lashley defeating Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens, and former title-holder Big E in a number one contendership match on Raw, setting up a long-sought-after match for Bobby, who has spent years speaking on his desire to face Lesnar.

Becky Lynch will defend the Raw Women's Championship in the other confirmed title fight. Bianca Belair, Liv Morgan, and Doudrop will contest a Triple Threat to determine her opponent on Raw next week.

Elsewhere, a mxied tag pitting Edge and Beth Phoenix against The Miz and Maryse was set on Raw following Phoenix's return at Day 1 on 1 January.
