Ruby Soho released her first post-WWE video last night, uploading the short clip to her Twitter page.

The video, which you can watch at the foot of this article, looks like a metaphor for her leaving WWE for pastures new. Clutched in her hand is a train ticket from Orlando (home of the WWE Performance Center and the company itself for much of the COVID-19 pandemic) to New York Penn Station, but she misses the train as it is pulling away from the platform.

This will likely be the first of several Ruby Soho vignettes. Fightful Select reported yesterday that the former Ruby Riott recently had the clips made, with the first one dropping soon after.

Soho was let go by WWE on 2 June. If bound by the standard 90-day non-compete clause the company attaches to main roster contracts, she will be free to appear and sign for other promotions from 31 August. This is just five days before AEW All Out 2021.

As reported earlier, some promotions who have contacted Ruby have been told she isn't taking bookings. Interest in her is understandably high following her WWE release.
