Rumour Killer On WWE Releasing Keith Lee
No, Keith Lee has NOT been released by WWE.
Rumours of Keith Lee's WWE release have been greatly exaggerated.
Fightful Select has been informed by WWE officials that the absent Raw star has not been cut by the promotion, killing speculation that the former NXT Champion had been let go.
The outlet's Sean Ross Sapp has tweeted the following:-
WWE officials and talent have both confirmed to me that Keith Lee has not been released, debunking a vague rumor that was gaining steam this afternoon.

There's currently no word on when, exactly, Lee will be back on television. The big man kept it ambiguous when a fan asked what's next for him over the weekend:-
Good question. Unfortunately, only time will tell my friend. https://t.co/jINQnovu66

Lee has endured a topsy-turvy 2021 so far. His year began with a shot at the WWE Championship, as he wrestled Drew McIntyre on Raw, but he was soon removed from television and pulled from the Royal Rumble pay-per-view at the end of January. He returned to action a few weeks later and looked set to contest the United States Championship at Elimination Chamber 2021, though he ended up being pulled from the February pay-per-view as well.
Fightful have previously reported that Lee had been sidelined due to medical reasons. His last televised WWE match went down on Raw's 8 February episode, when he defeated Riddle in around eight minutes.
