Rusev Makes Shock WWE Raw Return As Father To Maria Kanellis' Baby?

The past 48 hours have been extremely productive for WWE returns, with Luke Harper making his presence felt at Clash of Champions, then Kane and AOP returning to the fold on last night's Raw in Knoxville, Tenessee.
While Kane and AOP both made an impact, the evening's most surprising comeback belonged to Rusev, who showed up to destroy Mike Kanellis after Maria's "gender reveal party" for her new baby, with Mrs. K seemingly revealing the Bulgarian Brute as the father.
Sporting a dazzling new moustache, Rusev stomped out without his own wife, Lana, and obliterated Mike. It took less than 30 seconds for him to boot the hapless goober's face off then lock him in the Accolade, cementing his hard-hitting comeback.
While the Kanellis/baby content will likely be met with a mixed critical response, it's good to have Rusev back. The 33-year-old had been off television for months. Having wrestled only once since April (in that hideous Super ShowDown battle royal), Rusev, like Sasha Banks, had enjoyed a lengthy hiatus, though this period was rife with speculation on his future. If nothing else, his comeback should finally put those rumours to bed.
