Saraya emphatically answered the question about her in-ring future Wednesday night on AEW Dynamite, ending the speculation and setting the date for her return to active wrestling: the Full Gear PPV next weekend.

The former Paige has not competed since December 2017, when she reaggravated a neck injury that forced her retirement at age 25. She left WWE after her contract expired this summer and debuted in AEW in September, sending shockwaves through the industry -- particularly if she was going to do more than be an onscreen authority figure or talking head.

That narrative got dumped on its head Wednesday when Saraya announced she had been medically cleared... unfortunately for Dr. Britt Baker, DMD, who was in the midst of an in-ring face-to-face with her.

Saraya didn't stop there, laying into Baker about her relative lack of experience compared to the 17-year veteran, tracing her trials and tribulations throughout her career. Britt looked completely shaken as Saraya chronicled her public battles against humiliation and drug addiction, painting a picture of a hardened veteran who had lived through way more adversity than the dentist could ever imagine.

The segment came to a conclusion with Saraya dropping Baker with her old RamPaige finisher, which would mark the most physical she's been inside a ring since retiring.

Full Gear will air live on November 19.
