Here's who Banks most wants to face in WWE...

WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks has named her NXT UK counterpart, Kay Lee Ray, as one of her dream opponents in the promotion.

‘The Boss’ did so during a recent interview for BT Sport. “I’m 28 and I’ve done so much already,” she said. This year I’ve held nearly every title except the NXT ones. Kay Lee Ray, I’ve got a private jet, sweetie. I’m making millions. I’ll fly over - it’s a dream match of mine.”

Banks and Ray have never faced each other in any capacity. They have never even occupied the same brand in WWE, with ‘The Boss’ long gone from the black-and-gold system by the time KLR joined WWE on a full-time basis in 2019, and the Scot appearing exclusive on NXT’s British and American imprints.

Ray has been NXT UK Women’s Champion since TakeOver: Cardiff in August 2019, where she defeated Toni Storm to capture the belt. Though her reign has been inflated by the ongoing global health crisis, with NXT UK sitting dormant for several months prior to its relaunch, her run has yielded successful defences against Storm and Piper Niven.

Banks, meanwhile, became SmackDown Women’s Champion for the first time at Hell In A Cell 2020 three weeks ago, defeating rival Bayley. She has since beaten ‘The Role Model’ in a 6 November rematch.
