Ahead of NXT Vengeance Day on Sunday, three NXT talents are currently scheduled for this week's episode of WWE SmackDown.

Via PWInsider, Bron Breakker, Carmelo Hayes, and Trick Williams are all due to be at Friday's SmackDown taping from Birmingham, Alabama's Legacy Arena.

In the case of Breakker, he's someone General Manager Nick Aldis is looking to sign to the SmackDown brand. As seen on Raw earlier this week, Aldis received a phone call from the second-generation talent, with the Son of Steiner seemingly set to follow up on that conversation on Friday night.

Of course, all three NXT names have the small matter of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic on Sunday. There, Bron Breakker and Baron Corbin will take on Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams in the tournament final. Later that same night, Trick will then get a shot at Ilja Dragunov's NXT Title.

Hayes and Williams are no strangers to Friday nights, with Carmelo having now had four matches on SmackDown since his blue brand debut against Grayson Waller back in December. As for Tricky Willy, he made his first Smackers appearance last Friday, receiving a monstrous reaction as he saved Hayes from an attack by Waller and Austin Theory. Following that massive crowd response to Williams, some "influential people" within WWE view the star as having the potential to be a future WrestleMania main eventer.
