Shelton Benjamin BURIES Hulk Hogan After Latest "Benjamin Shelton" Gaffe (WWE News)
AEW's Benjamin wants Hulk Hogan to stop mentioning him; says WWE legend "lost [him] forever".

Shelton Benjamin scorched Hulk Hogan on social media for repeatedly getting his name wrong during interviews designed to promote Hulk's new Real American Freestyle Wrestling venture. The AEW star posted a .GIF of Will Smith on X that encouraged (ahem) Hogan to keep his name out of his mouth in the future.
Hulk spoke to both TMZ Sports and The Pat McAfee Show about his new promotion. During chats, he tried to put across how many talented amateur wrestlers have gone on to tear it up in the pros. That's when Hogan referenced Brock Lesnar, Kurt Angle and some fellow named "Benjamin Shelton".
Of course, Hulk got Shelton's forename and surname the wrong way around. This is something Benjamin would've probably let slide had it happened once, but it...keeps happening. So, Shelton called out Hogan's disrespect on socials and then brought up his weak apology to the WWE locker room at Extreme Rules 2018.
Benjamin was on WWE's roster back then, and he was left disappointed with how Hulk failed to directly take responsibility for making racist comments in the past. Instead of outright apologising, Hogan's speech to the locker room warned wrestlers to be careful of being recorded saying certain things.
That naturally didn't sit well with Shelton or several others who were present.
Benjamin referred to Hogan's 2018 excuses as more of a "don't get caught speech". He'd also like Hulk to stop playing "pretend we ever had any sort of camaraderie which we never had" behind the scenes.
MVP Didn't Hold Back On His Thoughts About Hogan Either

Shelton's Hurt Syndicate partner MVP also chipped in to give his own thoughts about Hogan, and they were even more cutting.
Porter replied to a news story post on X about Hulk by calling the WWE Hall Of Famer a "pathological lying piece of human excrement". There isn't much one can add to that - MVP's statement is pretty clear, and it's also clear he doesn't think much of Hogan's behaviour in the past or present.
Porter has been critical of Hulk in the media previously (so have fellow stars like Mark Henry and Titus O'Neil), but now Benjamin has given his two cents. Shelton refused to sit quietly as Hogan tried to use his name (wrongly) whilst promoting the new Real American Freestyle Wrestling brand.
