It didn't take very long for the rivalry between The Judgment Day and the recently reunited OC to give way to a six-man tag match, with the challenge thrown out and accepted on Raw this Monday night for both factions to battle at WWE Crown Jewel next month.

For weeks, Finn Balor had been trying to recruit AJ Styles to join Judgment Day, and last week, it looked like the Phenomenal One was going to give in. But Styles chose to side with a different family, Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson, his running buddies who haven't been seen in WWE since April 2020.

Monday, Gallows & Anderson defeated Alpha Academy before Judgment Day came out to confront them. Finn pointed out that he started their "little club" and issued the challenge for Crown Jewel, which AJ quickly accepted.

Later in the night, AJ faced Dominik Mysterio in a total mismatch that saw Rhea Ripley again pay dividends, as she grabbed Styles' leg long enough to allow Dom to roll AJ up for the shock win.

Balor and Styles have been at odds since Finn joined Judgment Day, but now that Styles has backup in the form of his longtime friends, this makes for a more heated rivalry.
