With news breaking earlier today that Renee Young has given her notice and will be departing WWE shortly, now comes an update on this situation.

The initial story said that Young gave her notice to WWE last week, that it was unknown when she was finishing up with the company, but that she would definitely be a part of WWE SummerSlam this Sunday.

Now, Alex McCarthy over at talkSPORT is reporting that SummerSlam will actually be Renee’s final WWE appearance.

Going a little deeper on all of this, many are now pointing to an Instagram Story post that Young put out last week as being an indicator of her decision to leave WWE.

If this post was indeed a shot at WWE and a hint of her impending departure from the sports entertainment juggernaut, she surely won’t be eating alone for long – for Renee will soon be inundated with offers of employment from so many different angles.

ESPN has long been touted as a possible destination for Renee Young, then there’s the fact that her husband Jon Moxley is in AEW, and that’s not even taking into account the near-limitless amount of options on the table for the hugely talented Renee.

Wherever she does end up, the real-life Renee Paquette will be a massively positive acquisition for whoever is lucky enough to land her.
